SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a disinfectant composition. The disinfectant composition contains: (a) biocide in an amount from 15 to 40 wt % counted per the composition weight, with the biocide representing glutaraldehyde or its mixture with alkylmethylbenzylammoniumchloride, (b) water in an amount from 15 to 40 wt % counted per the composition weight and (c) solvent in an amount from 20 to 70 wt % counted per the composition weight. The solvent contains one or several glycol ethers, which have the structure R¹ - O - Z_n - R² (I), in which n has a value, equal or larger than 1 and smaller than 6; R¹ and R² independently on each other stand for H or C₁-C₄alkyl; and if n stands for 1, at least one of R¹ and R² does not stand for H; each -Z unit stands for where in each -Z- R³ and R⁴ unit each independently on each other stands for hydrogen or methyl, where in each -Z- R³ and R⁴ unit both do not stand for methyl. The weight ratio of all -Z-units in the solvent, in which R³ and R⁴ stand for hydrogen and all -Z- units in the solvent in which one of R³ and R⁴ stands for methyl, constitutes 0.66:1 or less.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the composition fluidity.
