SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied to meet vital human needs. The combined samovar tank is made composite with the placement inside the outer wall of easily cleaned removable cylindrical or conical metal container-insert for water with a flame tube along its axis with the simultaneous formation of the air space between it and the wall to accommodate various elements, devices and mechanisms of controlling the operation of the samovar. The electric heating elements are arranged outside the container-insert in its lower part. The outer wall determines the style of the samovar - up to 75 titles, it is decorative-protective and thermally insulating. The samovar cover is equipped at the bottom with the necessary elements for fixing on it of heat-insulating moisture resistant materials. There is a possibility of implementation in any machinery plant.

EFFECT: lowering the temperature of the wall to the value safe for human below 60°C, more economical use of fuel and electricity for heating, long-term preservation of hot water in the samovar.
