FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: in liquid atomiser containing hollow casing with nozzle and central core, the casing is made with channel for liquid supply and contains coaxial rigidly connected with it sleeve with nozzle secured in its bottom part, nozzle is made in form of cylindrical two-step sleeve, top cylindrical step is connected by means of the thread joint with the coaxial with it central core having central hole and installed with ring clearance relatively to the internal surface of the cylindrical sleeve. The ring clearance is connected with at least three radial channels made in the two-step sleeve connecting its with the ring cavity created by the internal surface of the bushing and external surface of the top cylindrical step, at that the ring cavity is connected with the casing channel for liquid supply to the central core, in its bottom part the sprayer is rigidly secured, made as truncated cone coaxial with the central hole of the core, and secured by its top base to the base of the cylinder of the central core, and to bottom base of the truncated cone by means of at least three spikes the sprayer is secured, it is made in form of the end face round plate, its edges are bent towards the ring clearance, and on the external side surface of the truncated cone there are helical grooves at sprayer made in form of the end face round plate with edges bent towards the ring clearance, at edges slots are made with creation of lobes, at that lobes are bent to different sides with alternation: one upwards, another downwards.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of fine liquid spraying.
