SUBSTANCE: holder comprises a bent metal frame 1 in the form of two U-shaped supports 3, connected in the bottom part by means of the plate 5 with opening and spherical area 7, adjacent to the opening. Metal rod 9 with projecting threaded area 10 is embedded in the concrete base 2. In this case, the surface of the base 2, adjacent to the rod 9 at the point of its way out from the base 2, has a spherical shape.
EFFECT: possibility of smooth control of the frame position relative to the concrete base and reduction of labour costs during installation and operation of the package holder.
