FIELD: building industry; installations for manufacture of the lengthy building structures with the non-prestressed reinforcement and with the prestressed reinforcement.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of building industry, in particular, to the installations for manufacture of the lengthy building structures with the non-prestressed reinforcement and with the prestressed reinforcement including the girders, semi-girders - the
technological semi-manufactured girders for erection of the buildings with the subsequent grouting of the workframe, beams, columns and the lengthy building structures including the columns, girders, semi-girders and beams and may be used at erection of the residential buildings, public buildings and office blocks, and also at their restoration or renovation. The method of manufacture of the lengthy building structures out of the solidifying material with the reinforcement, predominantly from a reinforced concrete, according to the invention, provides for preparation of the solidifying material, a placing the bars and the solidifying material in the flow formwork of the production line, which contains at least two adjacent molding cavities for the corresponding preferentially simultaneously produced the lengthy building structures, molding, aging with the steaming and the stripping of the formwork. The adjacent molding cavities are formed by mounting on the supports of the lengthy pan with its rigid fixation to the supports, predominantly, in the average part of the pan length and with the capability of its slipping on the remaining supports in both directions from the middle part, and alignments on these supports of the pan height position. And also by mounting on the pan with fixation to it of the common for the adjacent molding cavities, at least, one central side with two molding surfaces and the mounting on the outer longitudinal flats of the pan of the folding longitudinal outer sides, which are mounted with the capability of the reciprocating movement of each of them along the pan width and variation of an effective width of each molding cavity adjoining it in the interval from maximal up to no less than 0.3 of its maximal value and fixation in the necessary positions along the pan, including intermediate positions. The production line is equipped with a set of the cross-section end and the intermediate cutting-off for the concrete inventory diaphragms of the different type and size corresponding to the types and sizes of the cross-section of produced lengthy building structures. The presented method is used for manufacture of the building structures, including girders, semi-girders and also columns. The technical result of the invention consists in reduction of the labor input and the materials consumption at simultaneous decrease of the dates of the works completion and provision of their fulfillment at any weather conditions, predominantly, in the regions with the severe climatic conditions with the below zero temperatures in winter, the increased reliability of the building structures, at improved compatibility of the building structures components operation and more full utilization of the mechanical properties of the materials and the bearing capacity of the structures due to improvement of the technological characteristics and the quality of the produced products.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the labor and materials input at decrease of the dates of the works completion, provision of the works fulfillment at any weather conditions, improved quality of the produced products.
