SUBSTANCE: proposed complex comprises manual control board, primary and standby central control board, primary and standby central computer, primary and standby channels of matrix instructions output and multiplex exchange transponder, discrete signal receive-and-process device, microsystem for measurement of voltage and resistance in circuitry, discrete contactless and contact signals output device, telemetry data receive-and-process device and power supply, all being interconnected in a definite way. Central computer comprises computing unit, supply bus control unit, coupling control unit, analogue signal input and standardization unit, unit to receive telemetry data via low-frequency channel, multiplex exchange unit, unit to test pyrocartridge circuits flow and Ethernet switch, all being connected in a definite way. Central control board incorporates tests control unit, monitors, I/O devices.
