SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transmission of information and can be used in designing onboard information systems of spacecraft. Device for receiving-transmitting information arrays is intended for matching asynchronous and divergent in data and signal transmission speed and BVS interfaces with BITS data streams and transmitting information according to GOST R 52070-2003. Device for receiving-transmitting information arrays includes a unit for estimating input signals and issuing control commands, random access memory, multiplex exchange channel controller, random access memory for direct information transmission, random access memory for information for recording into memory, input and output stages.

EFFECT: technical result is matching on-board information-computer network with data streams of on-board information-telemetry system and synchronising transmission of information stream.
