FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture, in particular to a method of controlling the productivity of meat poultry and a device for its implementation. The method comprises an everyday determining the average live weight of poultry in flock, the weight gain, uniformity of flock, and the number of weighings by repeated weighing of broilers using the electronic scales. The scales are mounted in the poultry building. The next broiler coming to the platform of electronic scales is weighed. The current value of the error of determining the average body weight of the bird in flock is assessed. Gradually, step by step, by one broiler, the number of weighed broilers is increased. After each step of weighing the next broiler, the obtained current value of the error of determining the average body weight of birds in flock is compared to the specified value of the permissible error and in case of achieving the required accuracy of determining the average body weight of birds in flock procedure of broilers weighing is stopped. Together with other parameters of productivity the indication of the final value of the error of determining the average body weight of poultry in flock is carried out. The device comprises a scale platform for weighing birds and a control unit for computational operations. The control unit of computational operations performs every day determining the average live weight of poultry in flock, the weight gain, uniformity in flock, and the number of weighings produced using electronic scales. It additionally comprises a unit of error assessment of determining the average live weight of poultry in flock, the setter of the error of determining the average body weight of poultry in flock, the setter of the number of weighings and two units of comparison corresponding to them. Two units of comparison perform operations of assessment of the error value in determining the average body weight of the poultry in flock and by increasing the number of broilers weighed the reduction in the value of this error to a predetermined level is achieved.
EFFECT: increase in efficiency of control of technological process of growing broilers and accuracy of control of their productivity is achieved.
