SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used for securing of thin-wall shell-type parts. This device comprises case with central axis hole to accommodate cylinder the mechanism to drive it along said case. Note here that n-facet truncated pyramid is arranged at cylinder end on the side of part to be secured thereat at n=3, …. Note also that said case has uniform arranged through n holes to accommodate moving pyramids at preset n to appropriate facets of truncated pyramid. Clamps are arranged to displace in guides of the case holes. Said clamps can interact with appropriate facet of truncated pyramid by one side. Its other side has surface equidistant to that of the part being secured. Besides, replaceable element is arranged at the case on the side of the part being secured equidistant thereto.
EFFECT: higher precision of machining, decreased surface roughness.
