SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. The device comprises a setting device of the signal of poultry species (1) and a setting device of the signal of the poultry age (2). Outputs of the setting devices are connected respectively to the first and second inputs of the setting device of the signal of a standard dose of a feed mixture on the following day of growing (3), which output is connected to the first input of a computing unit of the ration optimisation on the following day (4), which second input is connected to the output of the unit of the setting devices of signals (5). Outputs of the computing unit of the ration optimisation for the following day (4) are connected to the respective inputs of a unit of the setting devices of signals of economically optimal doses of the feed (6), outputs of which are connected to the respective first non-inverting inputs of a comparison circuits unit (8), which respective second inverting inputs are connected to the outputs of a unit of the setting devices of signals of feed sets resources (7). Outputs of the comparison circuits unit (8) are connected to the inputs of a unit of feed dispensers (9), which output is connected to the input of a mixer (10), at which output the economically optimal feed mixture is formed on the following day (11). The device comprises a setting device of the signal of the type of an optimisation criterion (12) and a unit of generators of control signals or the interface of a decision-maker (13), which output through the setting device of the signal of the type of the optimisation criterion (12) is connected to the third input of the computing unit of the ration optimisation on the following day (4).
EFFECT: enhanced functional capabilities, increase in the accuracy of setting and accuracy of adjustment of feed doses is provided.
