SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, to technologies of formulation of feed rations and feeding farm animals and poultry. Outputs of the setting devices of the signals 1 and 2 are connected to the first and second inputs of a setting device of the signal of a standard dose of a feed mixture on the following day of growing 3. The output of the setting device of the signal 3 is connected to the first input of a computing unit of the ration optimisation on the following day 4. The second input of the unit 4 is connected to the output of an unit of the setting devices of signals 5. The outputs of the unit 4 are connected to the respective inputs of the unit of setting devices of signals of the economically optimal doses of the feed 6. Outputs of the unit 6 are connected to the first non-inverting inputs of a comparison circuits unit 8. The second inverting inputs of the unit 8 are connected to the outputs of an unit of setting devices of signals of feed sets resources 7. Outputs of the unit 8 are connected to the inputs of an unit of feed dispensers 9. The output of the unit 9 is connected to the input of a mixer 10, at the output of which an economically optimal feed mixture is formed on the following day 11. The input of the unit 13 is connected to the output of the signal meter of the feed mixture flow rate 14.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of setting and adjustment of feed doses of the feed mixture in the formulation of the feed ration and making the feed mixture for animals and poultry in the presence of information on their consumption of the feed mixture taking into account the functions of loss of their productivity.
