FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a drill (1) comprising a frame (2) with a substantially horizontal transverse beam (3) on which the sowing elements (4) are mounted at regular intervals. The said transverse beam (3) comprises a central part (5) and two side parts (6) arranged on both sides of the said central part in the operative position and raised substantially above the said central part (5) in the transport position. Each side part (6) is connected to the said frame (2) by means of respective rack (7) and is made with the ability of transverse and vertical movement relative to the said frame (2) by means of a deformable mechanism (8) controlled by the manoeuvring jack (9). The deformable mechanism (8) is displaced relative to the other deformable mechanism (8) taking into account the direction of motion (A). In the operating position the side parts (6) are aligned and located in the continuation of the central part (5).
EFFECT: invention enables to increase the working width of the drill without exceeding the limits of the regulated road dimension.
