FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: building block includes the following: a structural element, at least one pair of conducting details, a circuit board and a base. The structural element has at least one pair of pins protruding from its top part. The pin hole passes through each pin. Each pin hole contains only one conducting detail placed in it. The conducting detail contains a plug-in electrode, a contact electrode and a connecting electrode. The conducting detail is pressed to the structural element by itself or by means of the isolating detail. The circuit board is pressed to the contact electrode of the conducting detail, and the base is pressed to the circuit board and fixed in the structural element. The circuit board contains the circuit with positive electrodes and the circuit with negative electrodes contacting respectively at least with one pair of conducting details, and the functional assembly electrically connected to electrode circuits.
EFFECT: improved safety is provided.
