FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a floor cleaning apparatus including a dirt collection device (21) for collection of contaminated liquid from the floor surface to be cleaned as well as a reservoir (22) for contaminated liquid whereto contaminated liquid is supplied. For creation of the said type of a floor cleaning apparatus to be very conveniently handled by the user the invention stipulated that the floor cleaning apparatus (10) has a device (40; 61) for the reservoir flushing with at least one flushing pipeline (41; 62) containing at least one inlet hole (46, 60) for flushing liquid supplied into the reservoir flushing device (40; 61) as well as at least one outlet hole (56; 71) for releasing flushing liquid into the inner chamber (24) of the contaminated liquid reservoir (22).
