FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: fire-resistant profile construction may be manufactured based on any type of hollow metal profiles. Fire-resistant temperature-compensated material, comprising filler in the form of particles or granules of natural mineral or synthetic silicate material, porous or foamed, comprising chemically bound water and binder based on water-soluble silicates, is arranged in the internal cavities of the profiles. The particle diameter is of 3-7 mm, bulk density - 400-750 g/l and specific surface area - 100-1000 m2/g. The first layer of organic polyfunctional organic compound, containing at least one active amino group, second layer of inorganic salt, having high affinity to metals and surface of particles, third layer of binder based on water-soluble silicates, and fourth layer of mineral powder, are applied on the surface of particles. Methods for production of construction include preparation of the filler, manufacture and arrangement of fire-resistant temperature-compensated material in the cavities of metal profiles.

EFFECT: construction possesses high fire resistance, relatively low weight and cost, high operating characteristics, is reliable and highly technological.
