FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: test bench comprises compact vacuum chamber with cryogenic shield and extra shield aligned therewith. Said extra shield is composed of high-heat-conductivity material with coating applied on its inner and outer surfaces that features a maximum degree of blackness. Besides, it incorporates an appliance (for example, a cold plate simulator) to fit test object inside said extra shield. Adjustable-capacity heaters are regularly arranged in circular space between both said shields. IR heaters can be arranged in vacuum chamber end section.
EFFECT: expanded range of tests, lower labour and time input, liquid nitrogen savings.
