SUBSTANCE: device comprises a reservoir and a pulley mounted on a hollow axis. In the pulley the cylindrical radial channels with the liquid supply mechanism and a spring are made. The liquid supply mechanism is configured as a piston with a cavity in which a saddle, a grid and a valve positioned between them is mounted. The piston rod is made rounded at the end with the holes, at that the piston stroke is limited on one side with a nut mounted on the outlet of the radial channel, and on the other side with a spring. In the pulley axis an annular shaped channel is made, connected to its radial channels. The device is provided with a pressure roller, or at least one more pulley and a rubbing assembly made in the form of brushes and fixed using the jaws on the axes. The brushes of the rubbing assembly are connected by the staples.

EFFECT: enhanced functional capabilities, simplification of the structure and improvement of reliability of operation under conditions of different texture and viscosity of lubricants.
