FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lubrication and cleaning of shaft steel ropes of hoisting mechanisms. Device includes reservoir (1) with oil line (2), oil supply device with oil pump (3), lubricating mechanism (4). Oil feeding device is made in the form of pulley (5), on one side of which oil pump (3) is fixed on axis. Oil pump consists of case (6), carrier (7) and cartridge (8). Case (6) is equipped with two suction pipes (9, 10) and two delivery branch pipes (11 and 12). Cover made up of front section (13) and rear plate part (14) jointed with housing by screws (15) is secured above said case (6). Housing is rigidly fixed on axis (16) by nut (17) by means of cover. Carrier (7) consists of drive disc (18) and driven disc (19). Carrier (7) is rigidly fixed on hub (20) of pulley (5) by tightening bolts (21) with nuts (22). Rollers (24) on eccentric rollers (25) are arranged between disks (18 and 19). Carrier is installed in cartridge (8). In cartridge (8) there are stops (27) and groove (28), inside of which there is flexible hose (29). Both ends of hose (29) are fixed in wide part of cartridge (8). Lubricating mechanism (4) consists of two identical parts installed on both sides of oil supply device and includes nozzles (30) connected by means of discharge oil line (31) with delivery pipes (11 and 12), and brushes (32) installed between plates (33 and 34). Oil supply device is equipped with at least two support pulleys (35) installed relative to pulley (5) on opposite side of rope (36). Elements of the device are secured by means of tie rods and support plates.
