SUBSTANCE: article comprises a first layer of fibrous material, at that the first layer of the fibrous material comprises fibers of wastepaper and/or pulp fibers, and the article of fibrous material is the cardboard, light cardboard and/or paper. The first layer of laminate material is at least partially impregnated with the filtering material for binding the mineral oils, so that the factor of penetration of the article of fibrous material is at least less than 0.6 mg/kg.
EFFECT: manufacturing the article which reliably reduces the penetration of mineral oils from the fibrous article to the packaged product.
