The device includes an analogue signal multiplexer, an amplifier, an analogue-to-digital converter, input filters with a protective circuit, a controlled voltage source, a temperature sensor, an analogue signal source status polling device, an exchange device with a computer module and a control unit, having a transmitting buffer register, a status register, an address decoder, a time chart former, a polling pulse former and a signal sensor register.

EFFECT: providing reliable conversion of analogue signals into a binary code taking into account the intrinsic state of the device, and enabling self-diagnosis of the device.
