FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: method for energy-saving pulse radiation of plants includes action on plants by optical radiation flux, which is received by switching on groups of light-emitting diodes with different radiation spectrum, regulation of pulse parameters, regulation of pulse phase angle in each group of diodes. Pulses of optical radiation flux are formed notwithstanding groups of light-emitting diodes. Energy consumed by light-emitting diodes and productivity of radiated plants are measured, energy/output ratio of the radiation process is defined as ratio of power to productivity. Pulse parameters are regulated so that energy/output ratio has minimum value. The device for method implementation comprises a body, groups of light-emitting diodes with different radiation spectrum, voltage converter, control unit, pulse generators, regulators of pulse parameters, which include setters of periodicity, amplitude and duration, sensor of radiated plants productivity and a computing machine. Pulse generators and regulators of pulse parameters with additional phase angle setters are included into each group of light-emitting diodes.

EFFECT: usage of this group of inventions allows energy saving at pulse radiation of plants and expansion of potential regulation for pulse radiation parameters.
