FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of mechanization of agriculture, in particular to the machines and methods for application of solid bulk fertilizers. The device comprises working bodies provided with individual bulk and weight batchers of bulk agrochemicals with the individual dose regulators, at that the bulk batchers are made in the form of stepper motors with external rotor in the form of ring gears for dosed supply of agrochemical. To control the batchers the device comprises regulators of doses, which inputs are connected to the rotary control weight-sensitive valves and blocks of determining preset doses, which inputs are connected to the signal outputs of the optical multispectral meters of condition of crops and soil environment, and the outputs of the regulators of doses are connected to the control inputs of the stepper motors and the rotating mechanisms of the weight-sensitive valves and check valves of the air ducts. The method consists in the fact that for each elementary area of the field the predetermined doses are formed for local batchers of the working bodies in the form of a sum that includes the dose of agrochemical application, average in the field, preliminary determining on the maps of yield obtained in the current year, and the correction determined in real time based on optical multispectral information about the local condition of the crop and soil environment.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions enables to increase the yield of main crops while simultaneous reduction of consumption of agrochemicals.
