FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for irrigation of crops and simultaneous application of liquid mineral fertilizers. Device comprises multi-support front sprinkling machine (1) with installed on controlled bogies (3) pipelines of right and left wings of machine with irrigation nozzles (4), multispectral remote probing device (27), based on unmanned aerial vehicle (26), as well as a sprinkler machine motion control unit (13) and multichannel unit (12) for generating optimum irrigation norms, comprising a unit for estimating parameters of the state of sowing and soil water, unit for formation of field average watering norms, unit for local correction of optimum irrigation norms, GLONASS global positioning system sensor and unit for averaging data of remote sensing of the Earth. Irrigation nozzles are equipped with controlled shut-off valves (16), local water rate regulators (11) and water meters, the latter are connected to inputs of local irrigation norm controllers, control outputs of which are connected to actuators of controlled shut-off valves, and signal outputs - to the sprinkler machines. Outputs of multichannel unit for optimum irrigation rates formation are connected to inputs of local correction of optimum irrigation norms, outlets of which are connected to setting inputs of local irrigation norms regulators. Multi-bearing frontal sprinkling machine is additionally equipped with tank for liquid nitrogen fertilizers (9) and distributing pipeline (10), and spraying nozzles - with individual controlled dispensers (19) of liquid nitrogen fertilizers. Multichannel unit for formation of optimum watering rates is additionally equipped with unit for determining optimum doses of liquid nitrogen fertilizers, unit for local correction of optimum irrigation norms - unit for local correction of doses of liquid nitrogen fertilizers, and local regulators of irrigation norms - local regulators of doses of liquid nitrogen fertilizers. Individual controlled dispensers (19) of liquid nitrogen fertilizers, made in the form of piston pairs with electric servo drives and built-in position sensors, are connected to distributing pipeline and irrigation pipelines through check valves, and controlled inputs of individual controlled dispensers of liquid nitrogen fertilizers are connected to outputs of local regulators of doses of liquid nitrogen fertilizers, inputs of which are connected to sensors of position of electric servo drives. Output of the multichannel unit for generating optimum watering rates and doses of liquid nitrogen fertilizers is connected to the input of a double-channel unit for local correction of optimum irrigation norms and doses of liquid nitrogen fertilizers, the outputs of which are connected to the setting inputs of local irrigation norm regulators and doses of liquid nitrogen fertilizers.
EFFECT: higher yield of crops on average by 45–50 % due to efficient control of plants biomass.
