FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, particularly, to application of wear-proof coatings on working surfaces of tiller parts. This method comprises building up of wear proof 2-4 mm deep filler ply on working surface. Said ply is applied as identical circular or oval roll arranged in rows perpendicular to part surface displacement and spacing between rolls of adjacent rows not over 15-fold toll depth. Note here that rolls of adjacent rows are staggered to overlap spacing between adjacent rolls of the row in direction of part working surface feed by not over roll width. Distance between extreme points on inner side surface of the rolls over their mirror axis perpendicular to direction of part working surface feed is set to make at least the roll double width. Note here that deposited ply depth of every roll on opposite sides of mirror axis perpendicular to direction of part working surface feed is set equal or differing by 1.5-2 times.
