SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering and repair production, in particular to the details of the working organs of tillers, designed for deep loosening of the soil, and can be used in the manufacture of bits. Bit is a heat-strengthened curved plate. On the rear side of the chisel, rollers 8-10 mm wide, 4-6 mm in height and 20 mm in steps with hardness of 60-62 HRC with the presence of carbide constituents in their structure are formed parallel to the perimeter of the end of the deepening part. Formation of rollers is done by hardfacing of a wear-resistant material with cooling of each of them in water immediately after application. First roller is welded on the edge of the deepening part. Number of rollers is determined by the permissible length of the part to be rubbed.

EFFECT: such a constructive solution is aimed to increase abrasive wear resistance, preserving the geometric shape of the end face of the recess during operation and to provide the self-sharpening effect.
