FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production and is intended for production of sapropel-and-grass fodder mixtures for supplementary feeding of farm animals under the extreme conditions of Yakutia. The fodder mixtures are produced by way of mixing lake sapropel of biogenic (organic) type with moisture content equal to 60% with dry green masses of fodder grasses or agricultural crops with moisture content equal 14-15%, the green masses milled into particles sized no more than 10 mm; dry green masses and sapropel are mixed at a ratio of 1:1 (volume).
EFFECT: invention implementation will allow to produce highly nutritious sapropel-and-grass fodder mixtures for supplementary feeding of farm animals under the extreme conditions of Yakutia.
