FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural industry, namely to devices intended to create the required parameters of microclimate at production premises of livestock farms. A ventilation and heating plant with heat utilisation, ozone treatment and air recirculation, which contains fans of plenum and removed air, a small-size heat exchanger from polymer materials, an air supply branch pipe, discharge and supply air lines, a plenum air electric heater, air cleaning filters, a plenum air distributor, a corona discharge ozonator with ozone supply pipelines, a recirculating channel, with that, in the flow direction of the air being removed there installed in series in the recirculating channel is a booster fan, an ejector and a moisture separator, with that, a fan intake hole is located in the channel of the discharge air pipeline, and the second inlet of the ejector is connected to the ozonator by means of a pipeline.

EFFECT: method allows providing the required parameters of microclimate (temperature, gas composition and air cleanliness) in the working zone for arrangement of livestock of production premises of livestock farms at considerable reduction (up to 60%) of power consumption for heating of plenum air and improvement of reliable operation of electrical heat equipment and environmental improvement.
