The ventilation and heating unit is equipped with a thermoelectric heat pump, including a cold circuit heat exchanger, a cold circuit pump, a cold circuit pipeline, a Peltier element cold side radiator, a Peltier element power source, Peltier elements, a Peltier element hot side radiator, a hot circuit pump, a hot circuit pipeline, hot circuit heat exchanger.
