FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: actuating element of lock device with shockless detachment of the structure, having shape of hollow body of rotation, and manufactured out of the material with shape memory effect, it is made in form of a bushing with slits and through holes. The bushing internal cavity is divided by the insert to two parts. Left end of the bushing has heater chamber with male thread, at right end a split nut is installed. Method of manufacturing of the actuating element means reception of the initial blank in form of cylindrical bar out of alloy with shape memory effect, at that the blank is made out of the alloy granules with shale memory effect by method of granular metallurgy using hot isostatic pressing, and further radial-shear deformation.
EFFECT: increased reliability of lock device operation.
