FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: actuator contains resilient member, rigidly connected with it element made of material with effect of shape memory, implemented with preliminary pseudoductility deformation and source of agent, managing effect of shape memory. Additionally element made of material with effect of shape memory is implemented with preliminary pseudoductility deformation of torsion. Element with effect of shape memory and resilient member are implemented of cylindrical shape with co-axial location and are rigidly connected to generatrix of cylindrical surface. Actuator also can be implemented in the form of wound spring or in the form of set of spring elements.

EFFECT: expansion of device range of application.
