FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: control over surfacing is executed with the help of pull-and-run device that complies with object dry weight in a light hull. For this, derricks are actuated for lifting irrespective of wave phase while follower winches of load cable are set to braking. Invariable tension of load cable at sequential oscillations is kept up by appropriate damper. Proposed device comprises a girder, follower winch with guide cable, load winch with cable running over cargo gripper tackles and onto load cable follower winch drum, lifting control device and damper.
EFFECT: decreased weight and overall dimensions.
