FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to marine equipment and can be used for lowering, lifting and stabilization of submersion depth of underwater charging stations, charging storage batteries of underwater vehicles. Lowering and lifting device comprises lifting mechanism with drive. Device traction member is connected to underwater charging station and is made as declutching scissor lift comprising two identical conjugated lever systems. Elevator drive unit is attached to bearing frame installed aboard ship using cardan mechanism, independent suspension and damping shock absorbers. Underwater charging station lowering and lifting is carried out via through shaft passing in close proximity to ship centre of mass. Lifting mechanism drive together with accelerometer and two integrating filters forms pull member length automatic control system. Cable transmitting electric power from ship electric power system to underwater object, runs along levers in-series connected by lever hinges of one of lever systems.
EFFECT: possibility to stabilise submersion depth of underwater charging station.
