FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: machine contains a bedplate 2 with movable rotary table 3 and movable box-like column 4, mandrel 5 with coaxially installed in it replaceable jig bushing 6, and replaceable guide bushing 14, clamping detail 7 of mandrel 5, and jig plate 8. Between the column 4 walls a movable tool magazine 11 is installed. The jig plate 8 is installed in guides 12 of the spindle carrier 13 and is oriented perpendicularly to plane of movement of the rotary table 3. Clamping detail 7 of the mandrel 5 is located such that the work channel 17 of the jig bushing 6 is oriented parallel with guides 12 of the spindle carrier 13 and is connected with the mandrel cavity for shavings and lubricating-cooling liquid removal, it is made with side holes. The mandrel 5 is made with surface 18 for clamps of the tool magazine 11, that is located between the base spindle cone 19 and base cone 20, made for installation in the clamping detail.
