FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises electrical generator to develop noise signal connected to vibroexciter, inertial mass connected with vibroexciter. Vibroexciter is connected with the room noisy element. Note here that vibroexciter is pressed directly to said room noisy element while counterweight is pressed directly to vibroexciter, both being pressed by resilient clip to noisy element. Second end of resilient clip is secured at fixed or noisy element. Besides, said counterweight has limiting ledges to retain said vibroexciter. Noise signal generator is integrated with counterweight while the device is provided with the set of replaceable vibroexciter clips, counterweights and their fasteners.
EFFECT: simplified design and attachment, higher efficiency and reliability.
