SUBSTANCE: window of the room is covered with a light-transmitting scattering film material, the vibrations of the window structures and the film material are excited by masking vibration interference by means of vibration exciters, while two films are used as a transmissive-diffusing film material, including a liquid crystal film with electrically controlled transmission and a low-emission coated film, or use a single low-emission coated electrically controlled transmission liquid crystal film, which together, firstly, has a low directional transmittance of less than 1% in the near infrared and less than 5% in the visible range of wavelengths, secondly, when the control voltage is removed, they have a high diffuse transmittance in the visible wavelength range of more than 55%, and thirdly, when the control voltage is applied to the liquid crystal film, they have high directional transmittance in the visible wavelength range of more than 55%.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of protection against laser and articulatory interception of information, taking into account the requirements for harmlessness and ergonomics for humans.
