FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment and can be used for vibration testing of various products, including integrated testing on metal-cutting machines. The essence: the impact device comprises a quick-change impact element (1) located coaxially o the housing (3), made of elastomer. The impact device (1) is attached by the sleeve (18) to the membrane transmitting element (2). The membrane transmitting element (2) is connected by the threaded part (14) of the pin (13) to the basic mass (5). The basic mass (5) is in contact with a piezoelectric dynamometer (4) placed in a dielectric protective shell (22). The voltage generated in impact or accidental exposure is removed from the piezoelectric dynamometer (4) through the contact element (21). The contact element (21) is connected by the wire (24) to the contact element (19) attached in the hollow cylindrical handle (9). The wire (24) is attached in the clamp (20) rigidly connected to the outer surface of the handle (9). The handle (9) through the threaded part (10) is rigidly fixed in the threaded hole (11) of the basic mass (5). Above the basic mass (5) there is an additional mass (6). The additional mass (6) is made in the form of a cylinder and has an axisymmetric threaded hole (7) which receives the threaded part of the projection (8) of the basic mass (5). In the upper part of the additional mass (6) a cavity (26) is made, closed hermetically by a lid (27) by means of screws (28). Inside the cavity (26) there are elements (29) creating an imitation accidental impact, made, for example, in the form of steel balls.
EFFECT: expansion of the frequency spectrum of vibration excitation.
