SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. A synergistic herbicidal mixture consists of an herbicidally effective amount of (a) clopyralid and (b) florasulam in the form of a composition in water, wherein the weight ratio of clopyralid (acid equivalent) to the florasulam (active ingredient) is 12:1. The herbicidal composition includes an herbicidally effective amount of said mixture and an agriculturally acceptable adjuvant or carrier. Plants or loci thereof are brought into contact with an herbicidally effective amount of said mixture. Florasulam (active ingredient) is used in amount of 2.5 g active ingredient/ha if clopyralid (acid equivalent) is used in amount of 30 g acid equivalent/ha; or florasulam (active ingredient) is used in amount of 3.75 g active ingredient/ha if clopyralid (acid equivalent) is used in amount of 45 g acid equivalent/ha; or florasulam (active ingredient) is used in amount of 5 g active ingredient/ha if clopyralid (acid equivalent) is used in amount of 60 g acid equivalent/ha. The weeds are Bachelor's button (Centaurea cyanus), scentless mayweed (Matricaria inodora) or field forget-me-not (Myosotis arvensis).
