SUBSTANCE: rotary drive comprises component, 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th swivels, 1^st and 2^nd pivot arms and chamber holder. 1^st swivel is arranged at component located on vehicle side. First pivot arm comprises first and second ends. First end rests on first swivel to turn there about. Second swivel is arranged at a distance from first one at aforesaid component. Second pivot arm comprises first and second ends. First end rests on second swivel to turn there about. Third swivel is fitted at chamber holder for second end of first pivot arm to rest thereon and to turn there about. Fourth swivel is arranged at a distance from third swivel at chamber holder for second end of second pivot arm to rest thereon and to turn there about. Vehicle chamber module comprises said rotary drive and chamber. Control device for opening of the vehicle lock comprises handle and chamber module. Said handle is fitted in vehicle body outer lining hole to displace from initial position to actuated position. Said handle closes said hole and extends therefrom in actuated position. Vehicle comprises body with outer lining with said hole and said control device.

EFFECT: improved displacement of chamber between two positions.
