FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fastener. The fastener with the main part consisting of gas-and water-proof material which serves for installation of a subject and which can be fixed by glue on a bearing surface. On the inner side of the main part facing towards the bearing surface the hydrophilic insert is fixed to which the dosed supply of moisture is provided and to which the aerobic glue can be applied, and the glue together with the hydrophilic insert is located in gas-and water-proof closed hollow space formed by the bearing surface and the main part.
EFFECT: improvement of functionality, convenience and flexibility of use.
