SUBSTANCE: result is achieved by forming a certain topology of weakly directional antenna system elements; facilitating processing of signals from antenna system elements to obtain estimates of the angular position of radio-frequency sources based on interval analysis and use of display of regions in the complex space of values of exponential functions which cover the corresponding obtained estimates, generated in the space of discrete values of angular coordinates on the azimuth and elevation angle.
EFFECT: absence of limitations on the use of the method on the coverage sector of the angular position of radio-frequency sources and the set of obtained real measurements, simple process of obtaining interval estimates of the angular position of radio-frequency sources, high accuracy of interval estimates of the angular position of radio-frequency sources while maintaining high speed of processing signals when finding the direction of radio signals of multiple radio-frequency sources operating at one frequency using antenna systems which consist of weakly directional elements.
