FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: spindle blocking device is designed to be mounted in the spindle carrier case between a spindle unit and a power cylinder. A plate is installed on the spindle carrier case with a guide being fixed on it, a carriage with a spindle lock made as a L-type bracket moves along the guide. The end of the long part of the L-type bracket which is oriented to the pulley flange, is connected to a holding lock. The holding lock is fitted by a channel for tool taper blowing with compressed air, a horizontal surface to drive out a tool and projections made to move in the through passage cuts of the flange and able of interacting with stopping grooves of the flange.
EFFECT: simplified design and expanded process functionality.
