FIELD: test.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for investigation of cutting process control systems on metal cutting machines, having spindle assembly with active magnetic bearings. Stand consists of three-coordinate metal-cutting machine of accuracy class "C" with CNC system and spindle assembly, which is replaceable and contains electric rotor-spindle arranged vertically in rolling bearings with active magnetic bearings. Test bench also has means for loading rotor-spindle with external load, made in the form of tool mandrel fixed at working end of rotor-spindle with possibility of receiving working dynamic loads from processing tool in process of real mechanical blade treatment of reference specimen of workpiece, and control-measuring structure with sensors. At that, the CNC system, sensors and active magnetic bearings of supports are made with possibility of connection to the analyzed intelligent adaptive control system through the appropriate converters.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to expand the stand's technological capabilities, as well as to increase the reliability and accuracy of the conducted investigations.
