SUBSTANCE: invention relates to freighter to carry liquid and dry cargoes. Freighter (10) of side charging comprises cargo platform (16) and two cisterns for liquid cargo (20.1 and 20.2). Cargo platform comprises lifting devices at opposite sides of cisterns to lift them to top position to make compartment for dry cargo placing above said cisterns thereat. Said freighter (10) can carry liquid cargo when cisterns are located at bottom position nearby cargo platform. Empty cisterns can be lifted to allow transportation of dry cargo.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
