FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is referred to method and device ensuring passage of electric current between the first transportation element and the second transportation element. In one submitted embodiment the connector assembly comprises the first fitting coupled to the first end of the first transportation element, the second fitting coupled to the second end of the second transportation element, and sealing. The sealing is designed for placement around the first fitting and second fitting when the end of the first transportation element is positioned in regard to the second end of the second transportation element. The sealing is designed additionally to seal a boundary line between the first and second transportation elements. The sealing is made of the material selected so that it has level of conductivity within limits of the selected range and so that a conducting channel is formed between the first transportation element and the second transportation element.
EFFECT: invention provides reliability of the connection.
