FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of phytohelminthology and can be used to protect tomato plants against gall eelworms, Meloidogyne incognita and Meloidogyne arenaria, during the plants vegetation. The treatment comprises soaking the seeds and regular spraying (once every 2 weeks) of the vegetating plants with the colloidal aqueous solution of nanoscale selenium in the concentration of 0.336 mg/l.
EFFECT: improvement of the method.
