FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to plant growing and nanobiotechnologies. Method of stimulation germination of wheat seeds includes seeds treatment with solution of biologically active substance, wherein used biologically active substance is water-soluble composition of selenium nanoparticles in sodium alginate with concentration of 1.0-3.0 mg/l (by selenium).
EFFECT: proposed method of preplanting treatment of wheat seeds with nanocomposition, based on selenium allows to accelerate wheat seed germination, increase capacity and accumulation of biomass of aboveground part and roots of seedlings and can be used in plant cultivation during development of new methods of growth stimulation and protection of plants.
