FIELD: transport engineering.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pipeline transport, and can be used during the pipelines lying on water body bed from the ship. The device (1) installed on board the ship for binding of at least one cable (2) and pipeline (3) during continuous and simultaneously with laying of the bound bunch (4) in the sea is suggested. The device contains at least one binding machine (6) moved forward with cable (2) and pipeline (3) for binding according to their forward movement. The binding machine is made with possibility of movement backward relatively to the cable and pipeline for secondary positioning for next binding such that binding of bindings (7) application is made periodically during continuous bunch laying. There are also devices (8) for continuous movement of the appropriate pipes and cables to the binding machine (6) and further in sea.
