FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: test material specimens are installed on a vibrator table between upper and lower metal plates of a device providing for a possibility of changing and fixing an inclination angle of the test material specimens to the surface of the vibrator table at the interval of 0° to 90°. Tested material specimens are rigidly attached by vulcanisation or bonding to upper and lower plates of the device, and a load is installed above the tested material specimens. The vibrator table with the loaded material specimens is brought into a vertical oscillatory movement, frequency of oscillations is changed smoothly and frequency of resonance is determined, at which amplitude of load acceleration on the test specimens becomes maximum. According to the resonance frequency, a dynamic elasticity modulus is calculated by a formula. By changing the weight of the load, values of the dynamic elasticity modulus are determined in the enumerated sequence. Tests in the same sequence are performed for other taken specimens of the set of elastic materials being considered. For each set of material and certain weight of the load an arithmetic mean value of dynamic elasticity modulus values is calculated.
EFFECT: possibility of receiving a relationship between a dynamic elasticity modulus ED of an elastomer and an inclination angle of test specimens to the surface of the vibrator table and the weight of the load.
