FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: line road sensor, installed in pavement with pre-set angle to the direction of vehicle movement, contains: line base; set of discrete sensing elements located on the line base along its length with pre-set spacing between them, and each made with possibility to generate signal, concentrator located over set of the discrete sensing elements, intended to transfer force on them and distributing force between discrete sensing elements located around the point of given force application. At that spacing between the adjacent discrete sensing elements located bear any end of the line road sensor is reduced in the direction of this end to compensate reduced total signal generated by the appropriate set of the discrete sensing elements as far as the point of force application is displaced to the end of the line road sensor.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of the sensor, implemented and estimated just after its installation in the pavement.
