SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hand dryer having a left outlet section which in normal use is designed for drying the left hand of the user, and a right outlet section which in normal use is designed for individual drying the right hand of the user, at that the left outlet section is made with the ability to release the drying air in the first direction, outwards and to the left from the dryer, and the right outlet section is made with the ability to release the drying air in the second direction, outwards and to the right of the dryer, and the said first and second directions comprise the components directed downwards and/or forward.
